Contract conditions:

1. Teachers are paid at a rate of 6200 RMB to 7400 RMB per month (depending on experience and location) for 25 average teaching hours per week, plus 14 days paid holiday per year which coincide with the national holidays. (Please note the 2 weeks are split up into two different periods).

2. In addition, teachers receive a bonus of 8000 RMB upon successful completion of a one year contract. Teachers signing 6 month contracts receive a bonus of 2500 RMB.

3. Teaching hours consist of classroom hours in our school and in other schools or businesses that we have contracts with. However, the majority of hours will consist of classroom hours in our school. Please note that most if not all classes are children¡¯s classes. The majority of our students range from 5-18 years of age.

I. About Our Faculty
Since the establishment of the college, we believe that high quality teaching springs from a knowledgeable, creative, and devoted teaching faculty. So far, we have had forty-eight foreign teachers spread their wisdom and shed their sweat in the school. These teachers include twenty-seven from America, eight from Canada (one a French language teacher), five from Australia, two from New Zealand, one from Switzerland, one from the Philippines, and one from Uzbekistan (Russian language teacher),one from Russia, one from Israel, one from Germany. Professor Michael Stadler, of the United States, is the school¡¯s consultant who has helped the school find some of the teachers with the greatest personalities from all over the world, and helps to ensure the teacher¡¯s quality.
The faculty is led by the School President Mr. Bill Zhang. Mr. Zhang is bilingual, and has many years of working experience in large Sino-American joint ventures. Seventeen Chinese teachers all have solid academic backgrounds and unique teaching methods. Four of them are returned oversea Chinese teachers who pursued their Master degrees in the United Kingdom. II. About Our Students
So far we have trained more than three thousand employees for local large enterprises. Students who graduated from our school are now working in nine countries, spread over five continents of the world. We also have built a strong tie with local key high schools, such as Jilin Oilfield High School, Songyuan Experimental High School, and Ninjiang Experimental High School. We trained over six hundred English teachers, and provided over six thousand students with their very first foreign English language teachers in the above mentioned schools. We belong to an intermediary agency authorized by the chinese government to recruit English teachers for chinese schools. Our organization has employees very experienced in ESL recruiting field, we have been in this field for 5 years and employed more than 1000 foreign teachers for chinese schools, we have a good reputation among chinese governmental organizations, schools and foreign teachers. We are familiar with the procedures of employing foreign teachers and only deal with schools who can sponsor a foreign teacher¡¯s work visa. We will make sure that our teachers work in a safe, friendly and helpful environment.
After a contract between you and the school is signed we will do the following things for you:
1, make sure the school to sponsor your work visa and courier the work visa application documents to you.
2, provide guide in the visa application if necessary.
3, make arrangements for airport pickup.
4, make sure the schools the apartment available for you before you move in.
5, any other types of help that you need and we can provide.
After you have arrived in China we will look after you during the time you are contracted to the school, these include:
1, make sure your resident permit and foreign expert certificate are processed in time.
2, help you deal with culture shock if needed.
3, deal with the problem arising between you and the school, if not sortable, help you find the upper level of the chinese government and lead you through the way.
4, any other types of help that you need and we can provide.
In Brief
Employer: Mostly Chinese governmentally owned schools£¬ universities, colleges, private training centers.
Wage: 4000 to 8000 Yuan per month (full time)
Air ticket: Return economy air ticket refunded for two semesters contract, one way airfare for one term contract according to the receipt. You will be picked up at the nearest airport to a school for free.
Accommodation: Free with facilities. the floor space ranges from 40 to 200 square meters.
Contract period: two semesters contract (about 10 months) preferred.

Hours per week: 14 to30 academic hours per week. ( An academic hour is 45 minutes), if you work for private schools, the working hours are more.

Work days: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. If you work for private schools, you are expected to work at night and weekends.

Tax: No tax is paid.

Holidays (days and dates): All holidays Paid. 7 days in May, 7 days in October, winter holiday 3/4 weeks in February.

Health Insurance: Usually a school will purchase medical insurance.

Bonus: 2000- 2200 Yuan paid for winter holiday travel allowance.
