Our partners in China are looking for talented individuals for Director of Studies (DoS) positions in the major cities of Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen. You will be responsible for teacher development and management in their state-of-the-art language schools and teach a range of students a variety of courses.

Opportunities exist, starting immediately and throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities
-Teacher training and development.
-Teacher management
-Teaching high quality lessons
-Scheduling and timetabling
-Administrative reports
-School development and operation
-Attending Professional development seminars and DoS training sessions.
Benefits:

Do you have what it takes?
Essential
College/University graduate
A recognized TEFL qualification
A minimum of 2 years EFL teaching experience
Computer literate
Preferable
Diploma level EFL teaching qualification and/or Masters in TEFL or related subject
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in an educational environment
Personal Profile
Able to show initiative, share ideas and best practice
Possesses strong inter-personal skills

We are a well-established English School located in SongJiang District, Shanghai , about 40 minutes drive to downtown. Our students are mostly children, between 3 and 12 years old. You will use our system to teach your lessons. The system is extremely effective with teaching materials and methods including reading, writing, grammar, phonics and vocabulary in every lesson.
